Sparkle Headdresses was created by Paula Waugh in 2005. After speaking to various ladies who said they couldn't find anything unique to wear in their hair on their wedding day Paula came up with the idea to set up her own business. Paula provides personal and friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere.
Paula appeared on ITV's This Morning in March 2008 after receiving a hair makeover pictured below.
